Not the right fit? Here's how returns, refunds and exchanges work at ava greene.

  • Return window: 30 days from the delivery date
  • Restocking fee: None
  • Refund timeline: Within 7 days of us receiving and inspecting your return
  • Return shipping: Paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. To qualify, it must be unworn, unused, and returned with its original tags and packaging. We can't accept returns requested after the 30-day window.

Starting a Return

  1. Contact us first. Email support@avagreene.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our US returns address is 1304 N 6th Ave, Yakima, WA 98902, USA.  
  2. Wait for approval. We'll email you clear instructions once your return is approved.
  3. Pack it securely. Use sturdy packaging to protect the item in transit.
  4. Send it back. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Getting Your Refund

Once your return arrives and we've inspected it, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 7 days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it. We'll email you when it's processed.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Email support@avagreene.com with what you'd like instead and we'll walk you through it.

Canceling an Order

If your order hasn't shipped, email support@avagreene.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to cancel it. Once an order ships, it can't be canceled, but you can return it under this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we're sorry. Send a photo to support@avagreene.com as soon as you can and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. We cover the return shipping in these cases.

All returns are also subject to our Terms of Service.
