Refund policy

Not the right fit after all? No problem. Here's how returns, refunds, and exchanges work at Ava Greene.

  • Return window: 30 days from the delivery date
  • Restocking fee: None, ever
  • Refund timeline: Within 7 days of us receiving your return
  • Return shipping: Covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from delivery to send an item back. To qualify, it needs to be unworn, unused, and returned with its original tags and packaging. We're not able to accept returns submitted after the 30-day window.

Starting a Return

  1. Reach out first. Email support@avagreene.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Items shipped back without prior approval won't be accepted.
  2. Wait for approval. We'll send you clear instructions once your return is confirmed.
  3. Package it well. Protect the item during transit with sturdy packaging.
  4. Send it back. Return shipping is covered by you, unless the return is due to our error.

Getting Your Refund

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 7 days. There's never a restocking fee. You'll get an email as soon as it's processed.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style instead? Email support@avagreene.com and let us know what you'd like — we'll take it from there.

Canceling an Order

Changed your mind? Contact us as soon as possible at support@avagreene.com. Once your order has shipped, we can no longer cancel it, but you can return it under the policy above.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we're sorry — that shouldn't happen. Send a photo to support@avagreene.com as soon as you can, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
