Shopping with ava greene should feel simple and secure from checkout to delivery. Here's how payments work.
How You Can Pay
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.
- Digital wallets: Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
We don't currently support cryptocurrency payments.
All charges are in USD. If you're ordering from outside the United States, your bank may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
Keeping Payments Secure
Every transaction is encrypted and handled through third-party payment providers that follow PCI DSS standards. We never see or store your full card number. Look for "HTTPS" and a lock icon in your browser to confirm you're on a secure connection.
Billing Details
To complete a purchase, you'll need to provide accurate billing information, including:
- Full name
- Billing address
- Contact details
- A valid payment method
Incorrect billing details can delay or prevent your order from going through.
Order Confirmation and Authorization
You'll get an email confirmation with your order details once your purchase goes through. All orders require payment authorization. If authorization fails, we may cancel the order and let you know.
If your payment goes through but an item turns out to be unavailable, we'll notify you and refund you in full to your original payment method.

If you see a charge you don't recognize, or think something was billed incorrectly, email support@avagreene.com and we'll look into it right away.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is covered in our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
Fraud Prevention
We may review or hold an order that looks potentially fraudulent and may ask for extra verification before releasing it. Reviewed orders can be delayed or, in some cases, canceled. If we cancel an order, we'll refund any payment taken.

What We Can See
